Frequently asked questions from our customers regarding our shipments!

We offer delivery services worldwide, providing secure home delivery to any location.

Shiping services that we use are:
United States; USPS, UPS
Germany; DPD,DHL-Deutsche Post.
France; La Poste-Colissimo
United Kingdom; Royal Mail, Yodel.
Canada; Canada Post

The delivery time frame is dependent on the recipient's location. Generally, most orders are made to order and are shipped within 2 to 4 days, and delivery takes 1-2 weeks after processing. It is important to note that these times may be subject to delay due to administrative decisions, such as customs control, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs vary by country. Standard delivery is free in several regions, including the USA, Europe, Switzerland, South Korea, and Japan.

Customs fees may be required by the recipient's delivery provider, particularly in the DOM TOM, Andorra, and Monaco. However, there will be no customs fees charged within the EU/US.

Returns and exchanges

Our standard return policy lasts for 14 days from the date we receive your package. If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Both defective and non defective items can be returned/exchanged.

Perishable products such as gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition or intentionally damaged
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery - Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted (4-7 days). If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at support@streetzen.co

We exchange both defective and non defective items and in the case if you need to change the size/style of the item. To arrange exchange/return please email us by clicking here. Or contact us via live chat available on the website (right hand corner).

To return your product, you must contact us by clicking here. Or simply reach out via Whatsapp or through chat button on the website.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
